


Custom Macro Guide
Having a macronutrient guide to help you along your health journey is important to being successful with your goals. This guide will be custom made for you and your needs giving you what you need as far as the specific servings of protein, fat, carbs, and veggies for each meal. This guide will also teach you how to use your very own hands to measure your personal servings, which helps you to not overeat or under-eat.
I create your personalized guide based off of the answers you give to me in the questionnaire. The first 2-weeks to one month will be a testing phase to see how your body responds to the serving sizes. Depending on your goals will depend on how we need to adjust your servings, if necessary. In the first month I offer up to 2 free adjustments while you are going through the adjustment period. This guide is good for 6 months of faithful use. After 6 months, I recommend a new guide be created so you are able to continue on with your goals. As your weight and strength changes, your macros and serving sizes will need to be adjusted to meet the new nutritional needs of your body.
Once you fill out the questionnaire, I will calculate your macros for you based on those answers provided. I will email your custom macro guide within 48 hours!
