For most of my early life, my hormones worked for me. I was naturally thin, struggled to build muscle, and didn’t think much about it—until I discovered strength training and proper nutrition in high school. That changed everything.
Years later, life happened—babies, busy seasons, less time for myself—and then came perimenopause. Despite doing what I knew to do, I gained weight, felt exhausted, and workouts became harder instead of energizing. As a women’s health coach, I knew something deeper was happening.
That’s when I became a certified menopause specialist and learned how profoundly hormone changes impact our bodies. While I still navigate ups and downs myself, that knowledge has helped me stay strong, energized, and consistent—and it’s exactly what I bring to my clients.
