If you're looking for an all around program to meet your nutrition and strength training goals, you've come to the right place!

By consuming the right nutrition to prime your workouts, you will have better success in your ability to train and see results. This program is built to teach you how to properly eat for your health and strength goals using whole-food nutrition with minimal but necessary nutrition supplementation to enhance your body's ability to heal and train optimally. Nutrition is a complement to your workouts, and your workouts are a testament to your nutrition!

Workouts are based off of your goals and are set up to first address any functional imbalances you may currently have at the time of signing up for this program. It is critical that we correct any structural imbalances while you are strength training so that your body will move properly. If you try to build on top of a foundation that is imbalanced and misaligned, you will create injuries that will set you back from reaching your goals. I will build your program using progressive overload, meaning the goal is to help you gradually increase the resistance/weights used from week to week, allowing you to gain strength over time. Mobility training one-two days a week will also be added to help improve your range of motion and to create and maintain balance throughout your body.
I will schedule all of your workouts week by week depending on what you have completed the week before. It is important that you are completing your workouts each week in order for me to be able to progress you forward, however, life happens, right?! You and I will work to keep you moving forward through the chaos that is going on in your world, and you will have the ability to rearrange your workouts in the app as needed according to your schedule or any changes that may take place.
You and I will work together to help you reach the goals you have set to achieve!
What about accountability? What do you need? As your coach, I require checking in either over video or phone call one day a week minimum, and we will schedule this time together. We will talk about your habits, success for the week, any failures you had through the week, and how I can help you best be successful.... day by day, one step at a time!
This is a 12-month program with 5 workout days each week that will build a solid training foundation, and 2 recovery days. The first 5 days will take between 45-60 minutes per day to complete. These are the main strength-training days. The 6th and 7th days are a home-based mobility session that will take between 10-15 minutes to complete, and for cardio and rest, meaning you will have 25 minutes of your choice of cardio only. No lifting. Rest is critical for healing and muscle growth and strength building. Cardio is important for cardiovascular and pulmonary health and fat utilization.
These workouts are designed to be done at a gym but can also be altered to do at home depending on the equipment you have. You may need to purchase a few simple items if you are wanting an at-home based workout program, and I will give you my recommendations.
This is a subscription-based program that auto-renews each month until the end of 12 months. We will talk about renewing your subscription 2 weeks prior to the end of your subscription if this is something you feel you'd like to continue to do at that point.
As a client, you get access to my specialized training and nutrition app in order to meet your specific goals, which will allow you to be able to track your nutrition and workouts, message me directly, check in over video, and be part of the community. If need be, we can also get onto video if you need help with an exercise demonstration as well.
